With 2019 coming to a close, we wanted to take some time to reflect on real estate trends we saw this past year. Pulling statistics from Zumper’s database, the 2019 State of The American Renter Report, and the Federal Reserve, we were able to use this data to highlight interesting findings like how and where our users were searching for apartments, which U.S. cities that had the most fluidity in our monthly national rent reports, what we think will be notable trends in 2020, and much more.
