Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
โPortland, ORย continued to reign as the most expensive city with rent at $1,460.
โHillsboroย &ย Lake Oswego, ORย tied for second with one bedrooms priced at $1,400.
–Happy Valley, ORย moved up one spot, passing Tualatin, to become third with rent growing $60 to $1,300.
The Least Expensive
โForest Grove, ORย saw rent drop $30 to $910 but remain the most affordable in the metro.
โOregon City, ORย was the second least expensive with rent at an even $1,000.
–Tigard, ORย rent fell $10 to $1,050 but continued to rank as third.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Lake Oswego, ORย had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 11.1%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Hillsboroย &ย Lake Oswego, ORย had the largest monthly rental growth rates, both climbing 5.3%.
–Happy Valley, ORย rent was the second fastest growing last month, jumping 4.8%.
