The Most Expensive
–Portland remained the most expensive city, though one bedrooms dropped 4.9% to $1,360.
–Hillsboro rent decreased 3.6% to $1,350 but ranked as the second priciest city.
–Lake Oswego was third with rent priced at $1,290.
The Least Expensive
–Salem ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $880.
–Gresham was second with rent at $1,110.
–Milwaukie ranked as third with rent priced at $1,180.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Tigard had the fastest growing rent, up 12.2% since this time last year.
–Vancouver saw rent climb 8.9%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Milwaukie was third with rent growing 6.3%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Salem was the only city with a positive monthly growth rate, up 2.3%.
