Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Happy Valley & Lake Oswego, OR outpaced Portland to tie for the most expensive city with rents both at $1,390.
–Portland, OR dropped to third with rent falling $10 to $1,350.
–Hillsboro, OR was fourth with rent at $1,270.
The Least Expensive
–Forest Grove, OR remained the most affordable city with rent at $1,020.
–Milwaukie, OR continued to rank as the second least expensive with one bedrooms priced at $1,050.
–Gresham, OR fell two spots to become the third with rent falling $60 to $1,080.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Forest Grove, OR continued to have the largest year over year rental growth rate, up 15.9%.
–Gladstone, OR saw rent climb 13.2%, making it second.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Lake Oswego, OR rent was the fastest growing last month, jumping 4.5%.
