Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Portland & Lake Oswego, OR tied for the most expensive city with rents both at $1,470.
–Hillsboro, ORÂ remained second with one bedrooms priced at $1,430.
–Happy Valley, ORÂ was third with rent at $1,340.
The Least Expensive
–Forest Grove, ORÂ saw rent drop $30 to $880 but remained the most affordable in the metro.
–Gresham, ORÂ dropped 2 spots to become the second least expensive with rent at $1,040.
–Oregon City, ORÂ followed closely behind as third with one bedrooms priced at $1,050.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Hillsboro, ORÂ rent was the fastest growing, up 15.3% since this time last year.
–Lake Oswego, ORÂ had the second largest year over year rental growth rate, climbing 14%.
–Oregon City, ORÂ was third with rent growing 10.5%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Lake Oswego & Oregon City, OR tied for first with prices both at 5%.
–Milwaukie, ORÂ rent was the second fastest growing last month, up 4.7%.
