San Francisco, the small city with the most expensive rental rates in the nation, saw a slight growth in rent prices last month. One bedroom units increased 2.6% to a median of $3,590, while two bedrooms saw a jump of 3.8% to a median of $4,870. Though up, prices remain below the peak seen at the end of summer 2015.
