โWashington, DCย was second with one bedrooms priced at $2,150.
โBethesda, MDย followed closely behind as third with rent at $2,140.
The Least Expensive
โFrederick, MDย saw rent climb another $50 to $1,300 but continued to rank as the most affordable in the metro.
โSilver Spring, MDย rent grew $20 to $1,640ย but remained the second least expensive.
โRockville, MDย ranked as third with rent at $1,660.
