The Most Expensive

โ€“Arlington, VAย held onto its position as the priciest city with rentย staying stable at $2,180.

โ€“Washington, DCย was second with one bedrooms priced at $2,150.

โ€“Bethesda, MDย followed closely behind as third with rent at $2,140.

The Least Expensive

โ€“Frederick, MDย saw rent climb another $50 to $1,300 but continued to rank as the most affordable in the metro.

โ€“Silver Spring, MDย rent grew $20 to $1,640ย but remained the second least expensive.

โ€“Rockville, MDย ranked as third with rent at $1,660.
