The Most Expensive
–Grandview Heights, OH was the most expensive city to rent with one bedroom rent priced at $1,300.
–Dublin, OH ranked as second with rent at $1,080.
–Hillard, OH followed behind as third with rent at $1,020.
The Least Expensive
–Heath, OH stayed the most affordable city with rent at $570.
– Delaware, OH one bedrooms were priced at $700, making it the second least expensive.
–Whitehall, OHÂ was third at $720.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Dublin, OH had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 14.9%.
– Delaware, OH followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 14.8%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Heath, OH had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 5.6%.
–Hillard, OH was second with rent jumping 4.1% last month.
