Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive

โ€“Grandview Heights, OHย saw rent drop $40 to $1,320 but remained the priciest city in the metro.

โ€“Dublin, OHย was the second most expensive city with rent growing $60 to $1,190.

โ€“Hillard, OHย continued to rank as third with rent at $960.

The Least Expensive

โ€“Heath, OHย ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $590.

โ€“Delaware, OHย rent grew $20 to $700 but stayed the second least expensive in the metro.

โ€“Whitehall, OHย was third with rent at $730.

Growth Rate

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

โ€“Heath, OHย had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.7%.

Columbus, OHย rent followed quickly behind with a 15.6% year over year growth rate.

โ€“Dublin, OHย was third with rent climbing 15.5%.
