The Most Expensive
–Grandview Heights, OH saw rent drop $40 to $1,320 but remained the priciest city in the metro.
–Dublin, OH was the second most expensive city with rent growing $60 to $1,190.
–Hillard, OH continued to rank as third with rent at $960.
The Least Expensive
–Heath, OH ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $590.
–Delaware, OH rent grew $20 to $700 but stayed the second least expensive in the metro.
–Whitehall, OH was third with rent at $730.

–Heath, OH had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.7%.
–Columbus, OHÂ rent followed quickly behind with a 15.6% year over year growth rate.
