Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive

–Grandview Heights, OH remained the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,320.

–Dublin, OH saw rent drop $50 to $1,140 but remain the second priciest in the metro.

–Hillard, OH was third with rent at $960.

The Least Expensive

–Heath, OH continued to rank as the most affordable city, though rent dropped $10 to $580.

–Delaware, OH stayed the second least expensive with rent at $700.

Columbus, OH dropped into the lowest 3 markets with rent falling $40 to $700.

Growth Rate

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

Dublin, OH had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.2%.

Columbus, OH followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 14.8% since this time last year.

Heath, OH was third with rent jumping 13.7%.
