CITY SATISFACTION SURVEY 2025 – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility: The City Satisfaction Survey Drawing (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States. Employees of Zumper, Inc. (the “Sponsor,” with an address of 95 Third St., 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these City Satisfaction Survey 2025 – Terms and Conditions (the “Rules”), and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on February 1, 2025 and will end on February 28, 2025 at 11:59PM EST.
How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this Sweepstakes site. You may also enter the Sweepstakes by completing the alternative online entry form here: https://zumper2021.typeform.com/to/lBo2pDYt. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Permission to Use Responses. By participating in the Survey, you hereby assign to Zumper all right, title, ownership, and interest in all of your Survey responses (“Survey Responses”). You further authorize Zumper, and those acting pursuant to its authority to publish, distribute, and use in any way the Survey Responses for promotional, advertising, education, and/or other lawful purposes. You hereby release and hold harmless Zumper from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the Survey Responses. You release and waive any claims or rights of compensation or ownership regarding such uses.
Personal Information. Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy and as may be more specifically set forth in these terms and conditions. Please review these terms and conditions and Sponsor’s privacy policy (https://zumperblog.kinsta.cloud/privacy-policy), which you agree to by participating in the survey.
Prizes: Five (5) winners shall each receive a digital gift card of $200. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others by winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Participants will receive one entry for filling out the questions on the online form or alternative online entry by sending an email to press@zumper.com with the subject line “City Satisfaction Survey 2025 Sweepstakes Entry.”
Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email to the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes within fourteen (14) days following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. For a list of prize winners, available after March 17, 2025, send an email message to press@zumper.com with “Winners List” as the email subject and “Zumper City Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes 2025” specified in the body of the email. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Social Media Disclaimer. You acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky, or any other social media platforms that may be used to share the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Social Media”). You further expressly acknowledge that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to any of the Social Media. For the avoidance of any doubt, you hereby expressly release, indemnify, and hold harmless any and all Social Media, as defined above, in connection with your participation in the Sweepstakes.
