Zumper to optimize the apartment search with virtual tours from LCP360

San Francisco, CA (April 13, 2020) Zumper, the largest privately-held rental marketplace in the U.S., announced today that it has partnered with Google Street View Trusted Agency LCP360 (Lights, Camera, Pixels) to give renters the ability to tour apartments virtually and safely from the comfort of their homes.

Through this partnership, Zumper and LCP360 will integrate their services to optimize the apartment search experience with LCP360’s virtual tour application, Panoskin. The platform customizes Google Street View virtual tours for apartments to create an enhanced experience designed to engage and convert future residents.

With the ongoing challenges surrounding COVID-19, renters and apartment communities are turning to digital solutions that allow the leasing process to continue virtually. Zumper users will have the opportunity to tour apartments on any device with LCP360’s platform. Additionally, leasing agents can give guided virtual tours from home with a virtual mirroring tool.

“As the world becomes more virtual, both renters and property management teams need safe, effective alternatives to traditional on-site tours,” said Wojciech Kalembasa, CEO of LCP360. “Our partnership with Zumper will make it easier than ever for renters to explore their options virtually, and give property teams a virtual tool to walk future residents through their communities.”

“Now more than ever, we are committed to going the extra mile for our customers to help them succeed”, said Natalie Cariola, SVP Sales at Zumper. “By partnering with LCP360, we’ll enable them to quickly and cost-effectively transition to virtual touring and leasing”.

With virtual solutions becoming a significant need in the multifamily industry, Zumper and LCP360 will now combine their resources to give renters a safe and seamless housing transition.
