Philadelphia was the 14th most expensive rental market in US last month, as prices remained stable across one bedrooms at $1,300, while two bedrooms dipped a slight 0.7% to $1,390. Despite rents being down 5.8% in the past year, the market still remains strong as a whole, and particularly across select neighborhoods.
