Charlotte was the 24th most expensive rental market in the US this April, with one bedroom median rents rising 2.2% in the trailing quarter to $940. Two bedrooms were similarly up 0.9% in the quarter to $1,090. Such increases have placed the city ahead of Sacramento, Raleigh, and Jacksonville for prices in major metro regions.
