Coming off of a strong summer, Atlanta’s rent prices had slower growth this fall. Atlanta remained the fifteenth most expensive city in the country to rent, moving down a spot since last quarter, according to our most recent national rent report. The price for one bedrooms was up 2.4% in October, now at a median of $1,290, and the price for two bedrooms remained flat at a median of $1,610.
