Cities Ranked By Rent
Most Expensive
– Portland, OR was the priciest city to rent in the metro area. One bedroom median rent was priced at $1,360, down 2.9% since last month.
– Hillsboro, OR was the second most expensive city with one bedroom apartments priced at $1,330.
– Tualatin, OR came in as the third most expensive city at $1,210.
Least Expensive
– Tigard, OR was the most affordable city to rent in the metro area. Rent for one bedroom units were $950.
– Gresham, OR followed closely behind at $990, making it the second most affordable city in the metro.
– Milwaukie, OR came in third with one bedroom median rent at $1,100.
Yearly Growth Rate
Fastest Growing
– Gresham, OR had the fastest growing rents, up 15% since this time last year.
– Happy Valley, OR rents were the second fastest growing, jumping 13.1%.
– Beaverton, OR prices were up 4.7% compared to 12 months ago.
