The Most Expensive
–Portland was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,400.
–Hillsboro rent dropped 1.5% to $1,330 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Tigard was third with rent at $1,300.
The Least Expensive
–Albany ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $830.
–Salem saw rent stay flat at $880 and rank as the second least expensive city.
–McMinnville was third with rent at $960.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Newberg had the fastest growing rent, up 15.2% since this time last year.
–Tigard followed closely behind as second with rent climbing 15.0%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Portland had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 2.9%.
