Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Portland, OR rent grew $10 to $1,370 but remained the priciest in the metro.
–Happy Valley, OR was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,330.
–Lake Oswego, OR saw rent drop $10 to $1,280 but continue to rank as the third most expensive city.
The Least Expensive
-Forest Grove, ORÂ stayed as the most affordable city with rent at $1,020.
–Gresham, ORÂ dropped one spot to rank as the second least expensive with rent falling $10 to $1,100.
–Oregon City, OR followed closely as third with rent at $1,110.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
-Forest Grove, ORÂ had the fastest growing rent, climbing 14.6% since this time last year.
–Oregon City & Wilsonville, OR rents tied for second, both up 14.4%.
–Hillsboro, OR rent jumped 13.4% since this time last year, making it third.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Milwaukie, ORÂ rent had the largest monthly growth rate, up 5.4%.
–Gladstone, OR followed closely behind as second with rent jumping 5.3% last month.
–Wilsonville, OR ranked as third with rent growing 5%.
