The Most Expensive
–Portland was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,430.
–Hillsboro rent grew 2.9% to $1,400 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Lake Oswego was third with rent at $1,350.
The Least Expensive
–Salem ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $860.
–Gresham was second with rent at $1,110.
–Vancouver rent stayed flat at $1,220 and ranked as the third least expensive.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Vancouver and Lake Oswego tied for the city with the fastest growing rent, both up 8.9% since this time last year.
–Hillsboro saw rent climb 8.5%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Portland was third with rent jumping 5.9%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Hillsboro had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 2.9%.
–Salem rent jumped 1.2% last month, making it the second fastest growing.
