Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–West Linn, OR was the most expensive city to rent in the metro area. The median rent for one-bedroom units increased by 3.5% to $1,470.
–Portland, OR ranked as second with the median rent for one bedroom units at $1,350.
–Lake Oswego, OR was the third most expensive city with one bedroom apartments priced at $1,290.
The Least Expensive
–Forest Grove, OR was the most affordable city to rent in the metro area. Rent for one bedroom units was $940.
–Oregon City, OR had the second most affordable rent at $950.
– Tigard, OR came in third with median rent for one-bedroom units at $1,000.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Happy Valley, OR had the fastest growing rent, up 15.9% since this time last year.
–Gladstone, OR rents were up by 12.6% compared to this time last year, making it the second fastest growing.
–Forest Grove, OR had the third largest yearly growth rate, up 11.9%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Milwaukie, OR had the fastest growing rent since last month, up 4.8%.
–Wilsonville, OR followed behind with a 4.3% monthly growth rate.
–West Linn, OR prices were up by 3.5% compared to last month.
