Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Portland, OR continued to rank as the most expensive city with rent growing $10 to $1,380.
–Lake Oswego, OR saw rent climb $60, settling at $1,340, and up a spot, outpacing Happy Valley, to become the second priciest in the metro.
–Happy Valley, OR ranked as third with rent at $1,310.
The Least Expensive
–Forest Grove, OR remained the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,020.
–Tualatin, OR moved down a spot to become the second least expensive city with rent falling $30 to $1,080.
–Gresham, Milwaukie, & Oregon City, OR all tied for third with rents at $1,100.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Wilsonville, OR rent had the largest year over year growth rate, up 13.2%.
–Tigard, OR had the second fastest growing rent, climbing 13%.
–Lake Oswego, OR was third with rent growing 10.7% since this time last year.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Lake Oswego, OR was the only city with a significant monthly rental growth rate, up 4.7%.
