Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Portland, OR rent, though growing $40 to $1,370, remained the priciest in the metro.
–Tualatin, OR moved up two spots to rank as second with one bedrooms priced at $1,260.
–Gladstone, OR dropped to third with rent at $1,230.
The Least Expensive
–Oregon City, Gresham & Tigard, OR all tied for the most affordable city in the metro with rents at an even $1,000.
–Milwaukie, ORÂ dropped two spots to become the second least expensive city with rent at $1,060.
–Beaverton, ORÂ followed closely as third with rent at $1,100.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Oregon City, ORÂ had the largest year over year rental growth rate, up 9.9%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Oregon City, ORÂ also had the fastest growing rent last month, climbing 5.3%.
–Hillsboro, ORÂ followed closely behind as second with rent growing 5.2%.
–Tualatin, ORÂ rent jumped 5% last month, making it third.
