The Most Expensive
- Princeton, NJ ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $2,990.
- Wilmington, DE was the second priciest with rent at $1,910.
- Bethlehem, PA came in third with rent at $1,750.
The Least Expensive
- Reading, PA was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,000.
- Allentown, PA was the second least expensive with rent at $1,300.
- Atlantic City, NJ was third with rent at $1,500.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Wilmington, DE had the fastest growing rent, up 20.9% since this time last year.
- Trenton, NJ saw rent climb 17.1%, making it the second fastest growing.
- Princeton, NJ was third with rent increasing 15.9%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Bethlehem, PA had the largest monthly growth rate, up 6.1%.
- Princeton, NJ was second with rent climbing 5.3%.
