The Most Expensive

โ€“Washington, DCย climbed up one spot, outpacing Arlington, to become the most expensive city in the metro with rent at $2,200.

โ€“Arlington, VAย was dethroned, now ranking as the second priciest city with one bedrooms priced at $2,130.

โ€“Bethesdaย &ย ย Reston, VAย tied for third with rents both at $1,910.

The Least Expensive

โ€“Frederick, MDย saw rent climb $10 to $1,200 but remained the most affordable in the metro.

โ€“Silver Spring, MDย was second with rent at $1,640.

โ€“Alexandria,ย VAย continued to rank as third with one bedrooms priced at $1,690.
