Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Grandview Heights, OHÂ was the most expensive city to rent with the price of one bedrooms at $1,200.
–Dublin, OHÂ ranked as the second priciest city with rent at $1,100.
–Columbus & Whitehall, OH were tied for third with prices at $700.
The Least Expensive
–Heath, OHÂ was the most affordable city in the metro with rent at $530.
–Newark, OHÂ followed closely behind as second with one bedrooms priced at $550.
–Delaware, OHÂ ranked as third with rent at $680.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Dublin, OHÂ had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 14.4%.
–Whitehall, OHÂ rent had the second largest year over year growth rate, climbing 12.9%.
–Delaware, OHÂ was third with rent growing 11.5%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Newark, OHÂ rent was the fastest growing last month, jumping 5.8%.
–Grandview Heights, OHÂ saw rent grow 5.3% last month, making it the second fastest growing.
–Columbus, OHÂ had the third largest monthly growth rate, up 4.5%.
