Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Grandview Heights, OH saw rent drop $70 to $1,250 but continue to rank as the priciest city in the metro.
–Dublin, OH remained second with rent at $1,140.
–Hillard, OH rent decreased $10 to $950 but stayed as the third most expensive.
The Least Expensive
–Heath, OH saw rent fall $30 to $550 but hold onto its position as the most affordable in the metro.
–Delaware & Columbus, OH tied for second with prices both at $700.
–Whitehall, OHÂ was the next least expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $720.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Hillard, OHÂ had the largest year over year rental growth rate, up 15.9%.
–Grandview Heights, OHÂ was second with rent growing 14.7% since this time last year.
–Dublin, OHÂ rent was the third fastest growing, climbing 10.7%.
