The Most Expensive

–Charlotte, NC rent fell $60 to $1,180 but continued to rank as the most expensive city.

–Huntersville, NC, though remaining the second priciest city, saw rent climb $20 to $1,070 last month.

–Cornelius, NC held onto its position as third with one bedrooms priced at $990.

The Least Expensive

–Gastonia, NC rent dropped $40 to $680, remaining the most affordable in the metro.

–Concord, NC was second with rent at $910.

–Mooresville, NC saw rent climb $40 to $970 but stayed as third.

Mooresville, NC had the largest year over year rental growth rate, up 14.1%.

Gastonia, NC was second with rent climbing 13.3%.

The Fastest Growing (M/M%)

Concord, NC had the fastest growing rent last month, increasing 4.6%.
