Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
โCharlotte, NCย rent, though dropping $50 to $1,150, continued to reign as the most expensive in the metro.
โHuntersville, NCย saw rent grow $50 to $970, ranking as the second priciest city.
โMatthews, NCย was third with one bedrooms priced at $960.
The Least Expensive
โGastonia, NCย remained the most affordable city even with rent growing $30 to $650.
โConcord, NCย ranked as second with rent at $870.
โMooresville, NCย rent grew $10 to $890 but continued to be the third least expensive in the metro.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Matthews, NCย had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 10.3%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Matthews, NCย rent also had the largest monthly growth rate, climbing 5.5%.
–Huntersville, NCย followed closely behind as second with rent growing 5.4% last month.
–Concord &ย Gastonia, NCย tied for third with rents both up 4.8%.
