Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Elkridge, MD ranked as the most expensive city to rent with one bedroom units priced at a median of $1,490.
–Annapolis, MD rent grew $70 this month to $1,450 and became the second priciest.
–Columbia, MD was the third with rent at $1,380.
The Least Expensive
–Brooklyn Park, MD remained the most affordable city to rent this month with one bedroom units priced at $750.
–Dundalk, MD was the second least expensive city with rent at $850.
–Westminster & Arbutus, MD, just $20 more than Dundalk, were tied for third with rents at $870.
Yearly Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Aberdeen, MD had the fastest growing rent since last year, up 14.6%.
–Dundalk, MD rent had the second largest yearly growth rate, up 13.3%.
–Baltimore, MD ranked as third with rent climbing 10% since last year.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Brooklyn Park, MD had the fastest growing rent since last month, up a whopping 5.6%.
–Glen Burnie, MD rent, close behind, was the second fastest growing, climbing 5.4%.
–Baltimore, MD also saw a large monthly bump in rent, up 5.2%.
