Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Columbia, MD rent, though falling $10 to $1,620, remained the most expensive in the metro.
–Annapolis, MD was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,500.
–Elkridge & Ellicott City, MD tied for third with rents at $1,470.
The Least Expensive
–Brooklyn Park, MD remained the most affordable city to rent with one bedrooms priced at $820.
–Dundalk, MD rent, though growing $40 to $890, stayed the second least expensive in the metro.
–Lochearn, MDÂ ranked as third with rent at $940.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Catonsville, MDÂ had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, climbing 15.6%.
–Baltimore, MDÂ followed closely behind as second with rent up 15.4%.
–Elkridge, MDÂ ranked as third with a 14% yearly rental growth rate.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Parkville, MDÂ had the largest monthly rental growth rate in the metro, up 5.3%.
–Pikesville, MDÂ was second with rent growing 12.7% since last month.
–Ellicott City, MDÂ saw prices climb 5%, making it the third fastest growing.
